Ordered a Gun Case???? (for my 'Sig: MPX' which was bought elsewhere) on Tuesday 15th June 2021 and had it delivered on Wednesday 16th June 2021.

Thought I would add a review for these guys as they seem to get a bad press. I purchased a Winchester rifle package from just air guns and for me they delivered on their promises. It was delivered within the window they stated and whenever I’ve contacted them they have been helpful. If I had to think of one negative it would be that they are not strong on communication, but hey, they are not claiming to be a telecoms company.

CONMEN STAY AWAY
I purchased a pistol and as per the other reviews, it failed to work after 6 days. I sent it back under the consumer rights act, they claimed it was broken, and had been used!! Obviously it has been used. I explained to them the law, they refused, then tried to charge me to fix the gun. I have taken them to the small claims court I recommend everyone to STAY AWAY they have limited understanding of English and communications is difficult. AVOID AVOID AVOID

First time visiting store and really pleased these guys are local as I will be using again,many thanks chaps. Just one thing, think about dealing in the second hand market it would be great to see a local company doing that.

I tried to buy a gun from this company. The website did not work properly so I couldn't make an online order. They advised me to come in instead. I visited but they were very unprofessional, unhelpful and contradicted each other. I decided to walk away rather than deal with such a dodgy outfit.

Do not use this company!
They sold me a pistol that did not work, I took it back and they then put a plastic BB in the barrel and tried to blame me for it!
After apprently 'fixing' the problem the gun still did not work and had new issues with the sheath on the barrel moving away from the actualy barrel. Which they then said must be my fault because they had never heard of that problem before.
I am now having to pursue them legally to get my money back.
Total nightmare. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Bit worried bought co2 pistol and two mags,gun leaked after two days co2 coming out the gun,sent it back with explanation within seven days.Told on phone it would be sent away to be checked if it was faulty.I said I was not happy as it was new but would exchange it for another gun.I was told no the gun must be examined, obviously my word meant nothing,I then had the phone put down on me.Looks like a job for trading standards who I worked with when I was a copper for 32 years.

Faultless service for me. Spoke to JA prior to ordering online to confirm the stock I was after was available and they would still deliver to home my home address during the current lockdown. Order confirmed by email , Id provided , delivered by hand within 5 days at a distance of over 200 miles away. Can’t ask for anything more . Thankyou

AKA Just BB Guns! Purchased a rifle, pellets, targets and a GB 16 Duel Cabbeen rifle bag back in July. Yesterday the bag faulted when one of the shoulder carrying straps failed. It was clear to see the stitching had not adhered to the main structure properly.
I travelled there today and showed the problem with the stitching in place proving my point, the bag was taken out the back, when the bag was brought back the stitching had been pulled out and removed completely!!! I was told it was wear and tear and no replacement would be given.
I asked who had removed the stitching and a person who identified himself as the owner (Harpreet Singh BHATIA) said he did to see if it could be repaired???
I didn't want it repaired I wanted it exchanged but apparently my consumer rights didn't apply? I'm sure they did prior to the stitching that was in place being completely removed by the owner.
As a matter of fact I've just seen this

Great service from team with quick reply to email and request for a earlier delivery due to a time constraint. Gun was delivered that same day. No complaints.
Will use them again for sure.

Placed an order, no communication about when I could expect to receive my order. I had to reach out for an update.
Months later, item is faulty. I contact support where again I am faced with poor communication. Copy & paste responses. No attention to what I have communicated. As an example they asked for my order number 3 consecutive times when I have already put it in the subject line and in email itself.
After many back-and-forth emails I am then told that despite the item being faulty and failing within 6 months I will have to pay for any repairs.
I will not be using this company again.
